GOD HAS NOT GIVEN ME FEAR AUDIO
Powerful Scripture-Based Faith Self-Talk to Replace Fear With Faith
Fear has been talking long enough. It's time to answer it with God's Word.
What if, instead of allowing fearful thoughts to run through your mind unanswered, you learned to respond with the truth of Scripture?
What if every time fear whispered...
“What if something goes wrong?”
You answered:
“God has not given me the spirit of fear.”
What if instead of repeatedly rehearsing what could go wrong...
you began repeatedly rehearsing what God has said?
This is why I created:
GOD HAS NOT GIVEN ME FEAR
A Guided Faith Self-Talk Audio for Renewing Your Mind
Based on the powerful truth of 2 Timothy 1:7:
“For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.”
You were not created to allow fear to dominate your thoughts.
It's time to fill your mind with a different message.
FEAR CAN BECOME A PATTERN
Have you ever noticed how quickly your mind can jump to the worst possible outcome?
One thought appears...
Then another.
Then another.
Before long, you're mentally rehearsing something that hasn't even happened.
That's because the brain learns through repetition.
Thought patterns that are repeatedly rehearsed can become increasingly familiar and automatic.
But here's the beautiful part:
Your brain can learn new patterns too.
Instead of repeatedly rehearsing fear...
you can repeatedly return your attention to truth.
Instead of rehearsing:
“What if?”
you can rehearse:
“God is with me.”
Instead of:
“I can't handle this.”
you can declare:
“God has given me power, love and a sound mind.”
Instead of:
“Something terrible is going to happen.”
you can return your mind to:
“I will trust in God.”
This is mind renewal in practice.
DON'T JUST FIGHT THE THOUGHT. ANSWER IT.
The goal isn't to pretend fearful thoughts never come.
The goal is to stop allowing them to speak without an answer.
When fear speaks...
answer with Scripture.
When worry speaks...
answer with Scripture.
When intimidation speaks...
answer with Scripture.
When your imagination starts rehearsing the worst...
bring it back to God's truth.
Over and over again.
Because Romans 12:2 tells us:
“Be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”
Renewal is not a one-time event.
It's a practice.
PRESS PLAY. LISTEN. DECLARE. REPEAT.
This Faith Self-Talk audio was created to make that practice simple.
You don't need another complicated routine.
Press play.
Listen.
Speak along when you can.
And come back tomorrow.
You can listen while you're:
-
getting ready in the morning
-
walking or exercising
-
travelling
-
doing housework
-
taking a quiet break
-
preparing for sleep
You don't have to concentrate intensely on every sentence.
Simply allow Scripture and faith-filled declarations to become part of what you repeatedly hear.
WHAT YOU'LL DECLARE
Throughout this powerful guided session, you'll repeatedly come into agreement with truths such as:
God has not given me the spirit of fear.
I have power.
I have love.
I have a sound mind.
Fear does not control my decisions.
Fear does not determine my future.
God is with me.
God is for me.
My mind belongs to Christ.
I choose faith instead of fear.
I choose peace instead of panic.
I choose truth instead of lies.
And you'll hear them again.
And again.
And again.
Why?
Because sometimes we don't need another new truth.
We need to become established in the truth God has already given us.
BUILT ON THE WORD OF GOD
This session draws from powerful Scriptures including:
2 Timothy 1:7
God has not given you the spirit of fear, but power, love and a sound mind.
Isaiah 26:3
God keeps in perfect peace the one whose mind is stayed on Him.
Psalm 56:3
When fear comes, you can choose to trust God.
Joshua 1:9
Be strong and courageous because God is with you wherever you go.
Romans 8:31
If God is for you, who can be against you?
These aren't empty positive affirmations.
Your declarations are anchored in God's Word.
WHEN FEAR SPEAKS, TRUTH SPEAKS LOUDER
There may have been a time when fear spoke...
and you simply listened.
Fear said:
“You're not safe.”
You worried.
Fear said:
“You can't do this.”
You pulled back.
Fear said:
“What if everything goes wrong?”
Your imagination started running.
But now you're learning another response.
Fear speaks...
and you answer.
IT IS WRITTEN.
[PAUSE]
God has not given me the spirit of fear.
Fear speaks again...
IT IS WRITTEN.
God is with me.
Fear speaks again...
IT IS WRITTEN.
God has given me a sound mind.
Your mind is learning to return to truth.
THIS SESSION IS FOR YOU IF...
You love God but find yourself repeatedly battling fearful thoughts.
You tend to overthink situations and imagine what could go wrong.
You know what Scripture says about fear, but you want those truths to become more established in your daily thinking.
You want a practical way to fill your mind with Scripture every day.
Or perhaps you're simply ready to become more intentional about what you repeatedly allow into your mind.
If that sounds like you...
this Faith Self-Talk session was created for you.
WHAT IF FAITH BECAME MORE FAMILIAR THAN FEAR?
Imagine waking up and filling your mind with God's Word before fear gets an opportunity to dictate your day.
Imagine noticing a fearful thought and automatically remembering:
“God has not given me the spirit of fear.”
Imagine uncertainty appearing and your mind returning to:
“God is with me.”
Imagine fear knocking...
and instead of immediately opening the door...
you answer with truth.
That's the habit we're building.
Not perfection.
Practice.
Not pretending fear doesn't exist.
Learning where to direct your mind when it appears.
ROOTS DOWNWARD. FRUIT UPWARD.
You may not feel completely different after listening once.
Don't be discouraged.
Roots grow before fruit appears.
Keep filling your mind with truth.
Keep returning to Scripture.
Keep speaking God's promises.
And throughout your Faith Self-Talk journey, remember:
As I listen to God's Word,
the Word takes root downward
and bears fruit upward.
Let truth take root.
Let faith take root.
Let peace take root.
Let courage take root.
And give those roots time to produce fruit.
MAKE THIS YOUR DAILY FAITH PRACTICE
