SPEAK TO YOUR MOUNTAIN AUDIO
SPEAK TO YOUR MOUNTAIN
Powerful Scripture-Based Faith Self-Talk & Warfare Declarations
STOP TALKING ABOUT THE MOUNTAIN. START SPEAKING TO IT.
How many times have you talked about the problem?
Thought about it.
Worried about it.
Replayed it.
Analysed it.
Imagined what could go wrong.
Prayed about it...
and then spent the rest of the day thinking about it again.
But in Mark 11:23, Jesus gave us a radically different picture.
He said:
“Whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea…”
Notice what Jesus said.
He didn't tell you to spend your life describing the mountain.
He told you to SPEAK TO IT.
It's time to stop allowing fear, negative thoughts and intimidating circumstances to do all the talking.
It's time to answer them with the Word of God.
INTRODUCING: SPEAK TO YOUR MOUNTAIN
A Powerful Guided Faith Self-Talk Audio Based on Mark 11:23
Speak to Your Mountain is a Scripture-based declaration and spiritual warfare audio created to help you stand on God's Word, confront negative thought patterns and practise responding to fear, doubt and discouragement with biblical truth.
This isn't passive positive thinking.
This isn't pretending problems don't exist.
And it isn't about trying to control circumstances with your words.
It's about changing how you respond when the mountain speaks.
Fear speaks?
Answer with the Word.
Doubt speaks?
Answer with the Word.
Negative thoughts speak?
Answer with the Word.
The mountain speaks?
ANSWER IT WITH THE WORD.
WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN REHEARSING?
Your mind learns through repetition.
When you repeatedly rehearse fear, worry and worst-case scenarios, those patterns can become increasingly familiar.
Something happens...
and your mind immediately knows where to go.
“What if this goes wrong?”
“What if I fail?”
“What if nothing changes?”
“What if I can't overcome this?”
But repeated practice can also help you build a different response.
When fear rises and you answer with Scripture...
you practise returning to truth.
When anxiety rises and you redirect your attention to God's promises...
you practise returning to faith.
When an old negative pattern appears and you refuse to entertain it...
you practise a different response.
That's what this audio helps you do.
WHEN THE MOUNTAIN SPEAKS, YOU SPEAK BACK
Throughout this session, you won't simply listen.
You'll declare.
You'll respond.
You'll speak God's Word.
You'll remind your mind where your authority and confidence come from.
You'll declare:
Mountain, be removed.
Fear, you will not control me.
Negative patterns, OUT in the name of Jesus.
Strongholds, BREAK in the name of Jesus.
Every thought that contradicts God's Word, COME DOWN.
Every plant my heavenly Father has not planted, BE ROOTED UP.
Who are you, O great mountain? You shall become a plain!
“WHO ARE YOU, O GREAT MOUNTAIN?”
Zechariah 4:7 declares:
“Who art thou, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel thou shalt become a plain…”
There are mountains that can look enormous when you're standing in front of them.
Fear.
Discouragement.
Negative thinking.
Uncertainty.
Intimidation.
Old patterns.
But here's the declaration you'll learn to make:
You may look great to me, mountain — but you are not great before my God.
[PAUSE]
My God is greater.
My God is stronger.
My God is higher.
My God is mightier.
Therefore...
I WILL NOT MAGNIFY THE MOUNTAIN.
I WILL MAGNIFY THE LORD.
NOT BY MIGHT. NOT BY POWER.
This session isn't about trying to manufacture enough human strength to overcome everything yourself.
Zechariah 4:6 says:
“Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts.”
That's why you can confront the mountain without making the mountain your obsession.
Your confidence isn't in yourself.
Your confidence is in God.
Not by my might.
Not by my ability.
Not by my intelligence.
Not by my strength.
BUT BY THE SPIRIT OF GOD.
THE NAME OF JESUS IS MY AUTHORITY
This session moves into powerful Scripture-based warfare declarations anchored in your authority in Christ.
According to Luke 10:19, Jesus gave His disciples authority over the power of the enemy.
So instead of living intimidated...
you learn to stand.
Instead of agreeing with every negative thought...
you challenge it.
Instead of surrendering your mind to fear...
you bring your thoughts back under the authority of Christ.
And you declare:
Negative patterns — OUT, in the name of Jesus!
Strongholds — BREAK, in the name of Jesus!
Fear — OUT, in the name of Jesus!
Condemnation — OUT, in the name of Jesus!
Every lying imagination — COME DOWN, in the name of Jesus!
IT IS WRITTEN.
Jesus demonstrated something powerful when He faced temptation:
He answered with Scripture.
“It is written.”
This session helps you practise doing the same with negative thoughts.
Fear says:
“You can't handle this.”
You answer:
IT IS WRITTEN.
God has not given me the spirit of fear.
Doubt says:
“Nothing will change.”
You answer:
IT IS WRITTEN.
I walk by faith and not by sight.
Condemnation says:
“Look at your past.”
You answer:
IT IS WRITTEN.
There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus.
The lie speaks.
YOU ANSWER WITH TRUTH.
SPEAK TO THE STORM
In Mark 4, Jesus and His disciples encountered a violent storm.
Jesus arose and spoke:
“Peace, be still.”
So this session also teaches you to stop allowing the storm inside your mind to speak without an answer.
To fear:
Peace, be still.
To anxious thoughts:
Peace, be still.
To mental chaos:
Peace, be still.
And then remind yourself:
God is here.
God is with me.
God is greater than this storm.
SCRIPTURE IS THE FOUNDATION
This Faith Self-Talk session is anchored in powerful biblical passages including:
Mark 11:23 — Speak to your mountain.
Zechariah 4:6–7 — Not by might nor by power; the great mountain shall become a plain.
Luke 10:19 — Authority in Christ.

Mark 4:39 — “Peace, be still.”
Matthew 15:13 — What the Father has not planted shall be rooted up.
Psalm 18:44–45 — Strangers hear, submit and fade away.
2 Corinthians 10:5 — Take every thought captive.

They're anchored in Scripture.
PRESS PLAY. LISTEN. DECLARE. REPEAT.
You don't need another complicated routine.
Use this session while you're:
-
getting ready in the morning
-
walking or exercising
-
driving or travelling
-
doing everyday tasks
-
spending quiet time with God
-
preparing for your day
Listen consistently.
Speak along whenever possible.
And when you hear a declaration that speaks directly to something you've been battling...
say it again.
Let your own ears hear you agreeing with God's Word.
ROOTS DOWNWARD. FRUIT UPWARD.
You may not feel completely different after listening once.
That's okay.
Roots grow before fruit appears.
Every time you return to Scripture, you are choosing what you want to rehearse.
Every time you answer a negative thought with truth, you're practising a different response.
Every time you refuse to magnify the mountain and magnify God instead, you're redirecting your attention.
So declare:
As I listen to God's Word,
the Word takes root downward
and bears fruit upward.
Let faith take root.
Let courage take root.
Let truth take root.
Let peace take root.
And let the fruit appear.
